Fleet Management
Management of fleet essentially involves timely arrival & dispatch of vehicles. This involves scheduling and planning of routes. With the increasing service options and demand for use of vehicles in IT, ITES, BPO, Police, Schools, Municipalities, Transport etc managing the fleet of vehicles is a major concern for any organization. Our fleet management systems works on the principle of a unique barcode to the vehicle and also a barcode based ID card to the driver. The system helps in identifying the distance travelled, availability at any given time, driver shifts etc.

Vehicle Tracking
Each vehicle is tagged with RFID tags, which work at a frequency of 860 MHz to read the tags and identify the vehicle. Boom Barriers installed at the gate to stop all the vehicles and identify and allow only authorized vehicles automatically. Vehicle availability at any given moment can be tracked. All the data is captured on a central server and information can be disseminated to required personnel at any given time.

Warehouse Management
This solution helps in tracking all the activities in a warehouse. Keeping a tab of in-bound raw material, verifying out-bound items, checking quantities, shipping dates, and establishing records with vendors etc. Integration of bar coding starts right from raw material receipts. For dispatch, the pick list is generated, material and location code is scanned and the material is sent for packing. This system avoids human errors, speeds up the process all through the life cycle, and status data is available in real time.

Inventory Management
Inventory control system is used to automate a sales order fulfilment process. Such a system contains a list of order to be filled, and then prompts workers. The system can also be applied to inventory stores for management of inventory on a regular basis. Consignment Tracking
At every participating distribution points, the bar coded dispatch note attached to the consignment is scanned at the time of receipt and further dispatch to the next distribution point or to the customers. In-time and out-time can be keyed in for calculating the holding time in a particular distribution point. The scanned data along with other variable data like in-time and out-time can be fed locally in the computers located at the distribution points, from where they can be transferred to the main server located at H.O. for updating, decision making and further analysis. It helps in improving the dispatch process, avoid any undue delays due to manpower problems, divert the consignment midstream against request of the customer.

Laptop Tracking
Every laptop will be attached with an RFID tag embedded with unique serial number and the same will be mapped with the laptop serial number and existing access card of the associates. When the associate passes through the main entry, he swipes his access card to get inside the office premises simultaneously the RFID tag on the laptop will be read by the IN reader at the main gate, if both the Laptop ID and the associate ID matches with the central database, it will allow the associate to get in or else will generate an alarm. The main features of the application are: Real Time updation of laptop movement details, Integration with existing Access Control System and Web-based detailed report generation.

Identity Check with Intelligent Data Mining
Identity Check is the task of matching identity information of an entity across discrete sources. An entity could be an individual (person) or a company (organization). Generally, the basis of identification depends upon the match of common parameters like name, address, date of birth (or date of incorporation in case of companies), telephone number or specific parameters like Account Number, Relationship number, Social Security Number etc. The parameters may be matched individually or in combination or match against the negative list (like fraudulent accounts, terrorist list, OFAC list etc). This innovative approach of approximate name matching built on a combination of phonetics and pattern recognition based on number theory has dramatically increased the accuracy and efficiency of the identity check process.
